trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os gracias a una nutrida programaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica y pedag\u00f3gica, ganando un importante espacio en la escena del arte y la tecnolog\u00eda de Cali, tanto en los circuitos universitarios y de artistas independientes como en los laboratorios experimentales existentes en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Edici\u00f3n tras edici\u00f3n hemos contado con la presencia de artistas, invitados y observadores culturales internacionales interesados en conocer el funcionamiento y metodolog\u00eda del encuentro, generando intercambios y v\u00ednculos para conformar una importante plataforma de reflexi\u00f3n y trabajo sobre arte electr\u00f3nico en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo la tem\u00e1tica <strong>CREO EN EL OTRO<\/strong>, la novena edici\u00f3n de Videosonica se realiz\u00f3 entre el 10 y el 14 de octubre de 2016 con una apuesta clara: reflexionar sobre el arte como actividad creadora y de transformaci\u00f3n social, considerando el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda como herramienta para un sinn\u00famero de saberes y la creaci\u00f3n de puentes entre lo local y lo global.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos principales del Encuentro Acad\u00e9mico fueron fomentar un intercambio internacional en donde se re\u00fanan artistas y grupos interdisciplinarios para generar redes de colaboraci\u00f3n y formar una plataforma internacional de impulso para artistas nacionales a trav\u00e9s de la documentaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de su producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica o de investigaci\u00f3n, con el apoyo de la Alianza Francesa de
