Under the theme Pacific Interconnections, the eighth edition of Videosonica was held between October 5 and 9, 2015 with the aim of making visible how artists experiment with local materials and their intervention with electronic and digital tools, investigating imaginary from a wide, diverse and horizontal perspective.
The meeting hosted activities such as artistic exhibitions, workshops, concerts, and academic talks that explored networked artistic work, its contextualization with the local sphere, and its interconnections with the culture of the Colombian Pacific.
