Vida is an interactive installation exploring the grievous state of captivity, a distressful situation that questions our humanity and, paradoxically, re-evaluates our aptitudes and yearnings.
The work pretends to generate, through design and programming a interactive interface, a direct relationship with the spect-actors by placing them in a paradigmatic reciprocity where the line between who’s observing is blurred.
Vida uses programming in Max msp, Protools HD system, video editor: Final Cut, Adobe Master CS6, Dolby 5.1 sound system, Matrox graphic card, Kinects and videoprojectors.
